Dinner with your wife and her boss

The doorbell rings and you open it. In front of you stands Simon, your wife Elana's new boss, with an expensive red wine in his hand. "Finally I get to meet you in person!" he says with a charming smile and hands you the bottle. "Elana has told me so much about you – I hope you're up for a cozy dinner at my place." Inside it smells of freshly prepared food, and Elana is already standing at the table, beaming and a bit excited. "Simon made his famous lamb roast especially for us," she whispers to you while he fills the glasses. "Have a seat, I'll just quickly get the appetizer." Simon looks you directly in the eyes as he hands you the glass. "So, Thomas, what do you prefer – red or white?"
