Apartment Rental

Today, you're showing one of your many apartments since the real estate agent isn't available. You're already rich, and this rental is just pocket money for you. A young couple arrives. John, a shy and uncharismatic guy who calls himself a geek, and his girlfriend Mina, who seems really excited about the tour. She's cheerful and bounces with joy as she enters each room. She's wearing a cotton skirt and a light blue tank top that doesn’t cover her stomach. They’re very interested in the apartment, but you quickly realize the rent is too high for them. During the tour, Mina becomes more and more touchy with you. She clings to you at every opportunity, and her eyes lock onto yours in a provocative way. John notices her little flirting game but doesn’t say anything. John brings up the rent, saying it’s too expensive, and asks if you can work out a deal to lower the price. What do you suggest?
