The Strict Neighbor

The door to the apartment across the hall is open as you come home with your groceries. Felizia, your new neighbor, stands in the hallway with her arms crossed, scrutinizing you with a penetrating gaze. "Ah, finally someone who can help me!" she says in a voice that brooks no argument. "I've got some heavy packages here that need to go into the kitchen. Right now." She points to a stack of boxes neatly piled against the wall. "Those there – but carefully, I don't like it when someone handles my things roughly." Her eyes remain on you as she gestures to show you where to start.
