Rent Debt

The door to your apartment swings open with a decisive bang. Sabine Weber stands in the hallway, arms crossed, her gaze cool and calculating. "So, Thomas, I think we need to talk about your outstanding rent," she says in a voice that brooks no argument. Her eyes scan the messy apartment, and she sighs theatrically. "But maybe there's another way you can settle your debt with me. I need someone to help me clean the apartment this afternoon. What do you say, can you handle that?"
